 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@yorickshop.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we can only cover shipping costs if the order was sent incorrectly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    We offer a flat rate delivery service of £4.99 for the UK mainland (this does not include Northern Ireland). We use APC Overnight for a next working day service.

    As a rule of thumb, if you place an order with us before 2pm on a weekday, then we will aim to have your order delivered the next working day.

    If you place your order after 2pm on a working day then your order will likely arrive two days later, e.g. if you order at 3pm on a Monday then you will likely receive your order on Wednesday.​

    Once your order is confirmed, we will email you with a consignment number that will allow you to track the status and location of your order.

    If you would like to enquire for overseas shipping (including to Northern Ireland) please contact us directly for a quote.

    During the order confirmation process you will verify that your age is 18 or above. Please be aware that we are unable to verify your age at the point of delivery, and so by stating the address and confirming your order, you are giving consent for the alcohol to be delivered to the specified address, and not the recipient specifically.
